Because our products are digital license keys delivered instantly, we have a specific refund policy to prevent fraud and abuse while protecting the rights of our genuine customers.
We ISSUE refunds if:
- The license key provided is invalid, blocked, or already in use at the time of purchase. (This will be verified internally by our technical team using Microsoft databases).
- Our system failed to deliver the digital product to your email or dashboard, and our support team could not provide it manually.
We DO NOT issue refunds if:
- You bought the wrong version of the software by mistake (e.g., buying a Mac version instead of Windows, or Home instead of Pro).
- Your computer does not meet the minimum hardware or system requirements for the software you purchased.
- You simply changed your mind after the digital key was revealed on the screen or sent to your email.
- You successfully activated the key, but later uninstalled the software or lost access to your device.
